HOW TO INSTALL IT ON XPERIA NEO L :
1. Download ROM and put it on your SD Card.
2.Go to CWM Recovery and make Full Wipe and Wipe Cache, then clean your Dalvik, fix Battery and Fix Permissions.
3. Choose .zip to flash and select my ROM.
4. Install Lupus GB Kernel using Flashtool.
5. Done! Reboot

1.Download and flash LuPuS_phoenix_jBv10-ram Kernel.
2.Boot into CWM and install the Jelly Bean Phonix ROM zip ( No need Wipe , ROM will wipe itself ).
3.Reboot
4.Operate it for 5 mins.
5.Reboot again and Enjoy.

10. Now hit back and select install zip from SD Card
And choose phoenix_nxt2_r1.zip.
11. After finish go to Advance again and choose wipe batter stats
12. Now reboot phone
Play for 5 Minutes and reboot again and Enjoy!

- not every toggle will work on every device
- some settings aren't changeable by user apps, so it will bring you directly to the android settings
- exclude from task-killers!
- if your device is rooted, you can install the app in /system/app for direct GPS toggle even on Android 2.3+ and more
- the app can not remove the build-in toggle notification on Samsung phones
